Dr. Barbara Frank's career as an experiential educator, adult learning trainer, senior government manager and organizational consultant has been devoted to understanding human behavior and natural processes.  In 1997, Dr. Frank recognized a need in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area for a venue with a naturally supportive environment for strategic meetings and retreats. She created Meeting Oasis which has become a desired site by corporate, not for profit and government groups. Over the years, Doc has gained a reputation for nature-based team performance training and for the hospitality she offers to her clients and to other consultants and trainers. Her clients include ExxonMobil, American Red Cross, Conservation International, American Diabetes Society, U.S. Office of Personnel Management, AnswerWare, Youth for Understanding, and many more government, not-for-profit and corporate entities.
