FACILITATION

Meeting Oasis has a cadre of expert facilitators to help
assist your organization with a variety of issues
including team-building, mission- and vision- definition, communications, strategic planning.

Dr. Barbara Frank, the founder of Meeting
Oasis, has an innovative approach to facilitation
based on her understanding of organization in Nature.
Utilizing natural examples and activities in Nature, she helps groups to understand chaos, change and creativity.

As a special bonus --
Your meeting could include an hour-long outdoor
activity break with local fitness expert Sarah
Robertson, MS of Outside In Fitness.

Sarah is a former fitness and weight loss editor with
Prevention
magazine and natural fitness enthusiast.  She
has developed an exclusive program for Doc's workshop
and retreat participants to help activate the organizational principles learned in the day.

Focused meditation, breathwork, yoga, visualization,
and light trail fitness activities are integrated to create a
uniquely empowering experience that helps participants
clarify their personal goals and attributes and connect
them to the group's overall purpose.  Although Sarah's
"get out, take it in" philosophy meshes well with an
experiential education workshop, she tailors all Doc's
sessions to each group's needs and meeting agenda.

The sales team is not performing well; communications between different departments is far from optimal; a major change at the senior management level calls for adjustments in mid-management - all good reasons to call a meeting.
