Dr. Frank's approach to facilitation is always engaging and positive.  She works closely with you to define the goals of the meeting or retreat and to prioritize the issues.  She will help in the planning of the agenda and suggest interactive, low-impact outdoor activities which will give insight into the issues at hand.  She will keep the meeting on track to achieve desired results by the end of the day.  In the process, she will encourage full participation and resolve emerging conflicts.
